Josh and Melissa have always been dreamers. Their desire to serve and make peoples dreams a reality is what drove them to the wedding and entertainment industry. In their free time, they love to spend time with their three kids Ellie, Emmett, and Emory anywhere that’s outside or with other family members and friends (especially the beach!)

Josh is in charge of the overall operations of Dream Team Events. He graduated from George Washington University with a degree in Health Science, followed by a Masters in Business Administration from Liberty university.

Melissa grew up in an entrepreneurial household and quickly understood the value of owning as well as operating a business. Shortly out of High school, she decided to start her own successful small business that quickly had her known in the Hampton Roads Area as “Mel the Dog Walker” for a number of years. While she is mainly in charge of client relations, she also has a hand in many of the behind the scenes operations of Dream Team Events.
